Payment Information


Payment can be made in a number of ways, credit or debt card, this can be debited immediately and enable us to arrange delivery quickly depending on availability of the product. You may also pay by cheque or bank transfer. Goods cannot be dispatched or processed until paid in full. CKC are not liable for any charges made by banks for these services, CKC do not charge a percentage fee for debit or credit cards.



CKC offers a free delivery service on orders over £375 excluding vat to mainland uk addresses, a surcharge may apply to some Scottish addresses.
Deliveries under £375 excluding vat will incur a delivery charge of £10.45 inc. Vat per box. A Saturday delivery has an additional surcharge, price upon request. Deliveries are made to kerbside. It is not the couriers responsibility to take goods into your house due to insurance guideline  if there is an access restriction to your house please advise at time of ordering. Deliveries are made between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

E.T.A. are at the discretion of the courier, CKC cannot be held responsible for delivery times

If a courier arrives at you address and is unable to deliver on the arranged date because you are not there or there is inadequate help available, you will be liable for any additional cost incurred. All deliveries must be signed for.

Please inspect all goods immediately upon there arrival ie looking for any damages or missing items, please make sure to note it on couriers paperwork before signing, as no claims for damages or missing items can be made after courier has left delivery address. All claims must be made within 7 days of reciept of goods in writing.

Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us, may incur charges, where applicable.

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or any other reason, we advise against booking a flooring installer until goods arrive.


Returns & cancellations


Should you wish to return your order in full, we will be happy to refund or exchange your product, providing a request is made in writing within seven day of receipt of goods. CKC reserves the right to refuse part order returns. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused and in a as new condition, if you have opened any boxes to examine goods this must be done without damaging any boxes in any way, the boxes are specifically designed for the products & deemed to be part of the item. CKC reserves the right to refuse all returns that fall outside these requirements.

All returns must have a valid return code, which can be obtained from CKC, you will need this to return goods back to us.

Manufacturing faults


It is very occasionally that products have manufacturing faults, please check prior to installation of your flooring that each item is flawless before laying. CKC will not accept any claims for damage, faulty or mis - described items once the flooring has been installed, as once installed such use shall be taken as conclusive evidence the buyer has accepted that the goods are in perfect condition. It is important that the customer checks all manufacturers specification details for suitabiltiy of purpose. It is concluded customers must accept full responsibility for the suitability of the goods ordered for the purpose to which they are put once the product has been installed. If you are unfortunate enough to notice a fault in the product before installation, it is requested that you return the product to us. Please note our returns policy for details. Once the goods are returned and confirmation has been given that there is a valid claim, a full replacement will be arranged for the goods or a full refund made for those faulty goods. Also if the claim is valid a full credit is raised for the cost inccured by the customer for the return of the items ( customer couriers receipt required) If after installation a fault develops with the product arising from manufacture, you may be able to make a claim. However CKC uses an independent arbitrator to assess all claims. If you wish to proceed with an inspection,  a charge maybe made at managements discretion. If the inspection shows that the complaint is caused by a manufacturing fault any charge will be refunded in full.


Other Information


Although we try to ensure all pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to refuse sale of mis - priced goods. We recommend viewing a sample of the of the product as we cannot guarantee the colour, pattern matching from monitor to monitor

CKC do not disclose buyers info to third parties, all your credit card & debit card details go straight to the bank, All information collected including any given at the time of ordering is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998
